The newly developed lifter mechanism with turntable can lift and lower as well as change direction on the spot. The carriage is equipped with OZAK unique wireless drive system and can be individually operated by communication with the PLC via Wi-Fi. In the video, the left lane is regarded as the standby side, the right lane is regarded as the working side and the space in between is regarded
as the aisle. The carriages move from the standby side to the working side over the aisle by means of a lifter. The carriages are powered at each point using the stop time until the work is completed, and then move to the standby side by the horizontal transfer mechanism, closing the distance with the carriage in front of it and waiting in front of the lifter while the power is supplied.

The three elements of guidance, drive and power supply have traditionally hindered expandability.
These issues have been resolved by adopting our own linear roller slider for guidance which is ideal for long connection specifications, rack and pinion for drive and two systems for power supply: wireless power supply and rapid battery charging.
The mounted robot itself is transported and is autonomously driven by the camera + AI.
One module is 2 m long and can be flexibly adapted to production line extensions.
