Many linear bearing failures are caused by rust, loss of lubrication, and moment loads (offset loads).
To address these issues, OZAK has developed the Corrosion-Resistant M Series, which offers greater corrosion resistance than stainless steel; the MF Series, which requires no lubrication maintenance; and the Ultra Series, which is designed to withstand moment loads.
By combining these technologies, even longer service life can be achieved.
Extending the service life of each component helps reduce maintenance costs and discarded parts. It can also reduce CO2 emissions associated with transporting replacement parts, thereby lowering environmental impact.
